What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is one pallet (about 600 kg). Orders scale to full 20ft containers (about 19,200 kg, 275–320 bags of 60 kg), and 250 g–1 kg sample bags are available before any commercial order.
Can I request a sample before placing a wholesale order?
Yes. Select "Sample order (up to 100kg)" as your expected order volume in the form below, and our team will follow up with sample options, pricing, and turnaround for your chosen regions and grades.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept wire transfer and Letter of Credit (L/C), payable in USD, EUR, or GBP. New buyers should expect a Letter of Credit for the first shipment.
